Like the Jimbylin plant which is hard to find nowadays and for which the restaurant is named, our food is unique in Jamaica taking our world-renowned dishes to fine dining.

We would like you to be adventurous and try something different - Linsted Ackee basket, Fish Jerky with June Plum Sauce Jamaican Polenta, Yellow Yam Latke, or Mashed Bananas and for dessert Banana Pancakes with Ice Cream.
